Loc is not a problem at all. On older Marvel keypad models, holding the Lock keypad locks the controls so settings cannot be changed by accident; the display reads Loc and the lock icon lights. Repeating the hold unlocks it, and the display reads nLc. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Press and hold the Lock keypad until the display reads nLc, then release. 02 Check your settings once unlocked. 03 If the keypad still does not respond, book a visit. ### Cleared? The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back. ### What not to do Loc is not a failure code. Press and hold the Lock keypad until the display reads nLc, then release. ### Why will my Marvel not reset its alarm? If the control is locked, Marvel says it has to be unlocked before the keypad can reset an alarm. ### What does nLc mean? It confirms the lock is off. ### Can a child lock the Marvel by accident?
