True’s showroom mode disables the refrigeration system. The column does not cool or defrost, but its lights, door alarm and display still work, and the display shows the set points. Any setting you change is saved but does nothing until showroom mode is off. The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back. ### What not to do SHOWROOM MODE is not a cooling failure.
