SKS wine columns and the undercounter unit have a Display Mode for showrooms. It disables all cooling while the controls keep working, and shows OF on the panel for 20 seconds; the undercounter manual prints it as OFF in one place and OF in its FAQ.

Confirm the panel shows OF and the cabinet is not cold.
On a column: open the door and hold Upper and Humidity together for five seconds.
SKSUW2401P undercounter: door open, keep Lower pressed and tap Wi-Fi three times.
Wait for the beep and the temperature settings; if cooling does not start within a few hours, book a visit.

The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back.
