Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 709-0727

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Monogram's own guidance for SAb on its wine coolers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Hold RED WINE and LIGHT together for at least 7 seconds to exit.

02

Watch for the display to show out briefly and then return to the temperature.

03

Check that the setting is still RED WINE, WHITE WINE or your custom temperature as before.

04

If SAb returns on its own, book a visit.

Cleared?

The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back.

What not to do

SAb is not a cooling failure; the cabinet keeps its temperature. The word out on the display afterward is also normal and only confirms you have left the mode.

What you may
notice with it.

The wine cooler problems SAb tends to arrive with. Answer these at the wine cooler before anyone is booked.

All problems

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

A setting someone switched on, often by leaning on the touch panel or left over from the showroom floor, rather than a part that wore out: a demo mode that lights the display and the rack lamps while the cooling never starts, a Sabbath setting that turns off the lights and alarms, a child or control lock that ignores every key press, a reminder that the glass door stood open. The cabinet is fine, and its own keys or its manual switch the mode back off.

Questions
about SAb.

Can I clear SAb myself?
Hold RED WINE and LIGHT together for at least 7 seconds to exit.
How long do I hold the buttons to clear SAb on a Monogram Wine Reserve?
At least 7 seconds on RED WINE and LIGHT together. A shorter press does nothing, which is why SAb often seems stuck.
What does out mean on my Monogram Wine Reserve display?
It appears for a moment after Sabbath Mode ends. The display then returns to the last operating mode.
Why do I hear the fan on my Monogram Wine Reserve during SAb?
In Sabbath Mode the compressor and fan run at set times, so the fan may run when the door is opened. It is not reacting to the door.

Back to your everyday

Still showing SAb?

When you book, copy the code or the blink pattern as the display shows it, add the whole model number, and say whether the bottles still feel cool — a code gives the technician a head start.
