Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 709-0727

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Monogram's own guidance for Showroom mode on its wine coolers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Unplug the Wine Reserve, or switch off its breaker if it is built in, then restore power.

02

Set RED WINE, WHITE WINE or a custom temperature and allow 12 to 24 hours to settle.

03

Check the cabinet with a thermometer; if it is still warm, move the most valuable bottles somewhere cool and dark.

04

If the unit keeps going back into showroom mode, book a visit.

Cleared?

The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back.

What not to do

Nothing is broken in showroom mode, even though the cabinet warms as if the cooling had quit. A dark display with no light points to power instead, starting with the plug and the breaker.

All problems

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

A setting someone switched on, often by leaning on the touch panel or left over from the showroom floor, rather than a part that wore out: a demo mode that lights the display and the rack lamps while the cooling never starts, a Sabbath setting that turns off the lights and alarms, a child or control lock that ignores every key press, a reminder that the glass door stood open. The cabinet is fine, and its own keys or its manual switch the mode back off.

In Monogram's own words

The appliance is in showroom mode. Unplug it and plug it back in.

Questions
about Showroom mode.

Can I clear Showroom mode myself?
Unplug the Wine Reserve, or switch off its breaker if it is built in, then restore power.
How do I know my Monogram Wine Reserve is in showroom mode?
The panel and light work but the cabinet never gets cold. Monogram's remedy is a power cycle at the plug.
Is showroom mode on a Monogram Wine Reserve harmful to wine?
It can be, because nothing is cooling the bottles. A slow rise is not an emergency, but check the temperature and move valuable bottles if the cabinet has warmed.
Why did my new Monogram Wine Reserve arrive in showroom mode?
Display units and some delivered units are left in it. A power cycle clears it; if it comes back by itself, the control needs a look.

Back to your everyday

Still showing Showroom mode?

When you book, copy the code or the blink pattern as the display shows it, add the whole model number, and say whether the bottles still feel cool — a code gives the technician a head start.
