What Loc
actually means.
Loc is not a problem at all. On older Marvel keypad models, holding the Lock keypad locks the controls so settings cannot be changed by accident; the display reads Loc and the lock icon lights. Repeating the hold unlocks it, and the display reads nLc.

If the keypad still does not respond, book a visit.

The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back.
