What VAC
actually means.
VAC on older Marvel keypad models means Vacation mode. Lights, alarm tones and keypad tones are disabled, but the compartments are still held at the settings chosen before VAC was turned on. Marvel also uses this mode as its Sabbath mode.

To leave Vacation mode, press and hold the On/Off keypad until the display shows the temperature again.
Check the temperatures once the display is back.
If the unit stays in VAC or will not respond, book a visit.

The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back.
