Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 709-0727

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from JennAir's own guidance for CELLAR MODE on its wine coolers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Press CELLAR MODE to turn it off and return to the previous settings.

02

If you want it on, keep the room near 75°F and at least 50 percent humidity, which JennAir says the mode needs.

03

If the humidity or temperature still will not hold in Cellar Mode with the room in range, book a visit.

Cleared?

The display has gone quiet and the cabinet is back at its setting without a new part. Should the code reappear this week, or the reds start feeling warm again, book a visit and mention that it came back.

What not to do

A zone reading 55°F in Cellar Mode is not a warm-zone problem. More moisture inside is expected in this mode and is not a leak.

What you may
notice with it.

The wine cooler problems CELLAR MODE tends to arrive with. Answer these at the wine cooler before anyone is booked.

All problems

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

A setting someone switched on, often by leaning on the touch panel or left over from the showroom floor, rather than a part that wore out: a demo mode that lights the display and the rack lamps while the cooling never starts, a Sabbath setting that turns off the lights and alarms, a child or control lock that ignores every key press, a reminder that the glass door stood open. The cabinet is fine, and its own keys or its manual switch the mode back off.

Questions
about CELLAR MODE.

Can I clear CELLAR MODE myself?
Press CELLAR MODE to turn it off and return to the previous settings.
Why are both zones on my JennAir wine cooler at the same temperature?
Cellar Mode sets both to 55°F. Press CELLAR MODE to go back to your own settings.
Why does Cellar Mode not raise the humidity in my JennAir wine cooler?
JennAir says the room must be around 75°F with at least 50 percent humidity. In a dry, air-conditioned room it may not reach its target.
Is Cellar Mode on a JennAir wine cooler good for everyday bottles?
It is meant for aging wine. For bottles you plan to serve soon, the white and red presets are closer to drinking temperature.

Still showing CELLAR MODE?

When you book, copy the code or the blink pattern as the display shows it, add the whole model number, and say whether the bottles still feel cool — a code gives the technician a head start.
