What Zone T Open
actually means.

Zone T Open means the 3000 Series control has lost the circuit to a zone’s temperature sensor, either a broken probe or a broken connection. U-Line’s owner table simply says to contact customer care; its service table checks the sensor connection first and the wiring harness second.

Questions
about Zone T Open.

Can I clear Zone T Open myself?
Note whether the display shows L or R in front of the code. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
What is the Zone T on a U-Line wine unit?
It is the thermistor that measures the air in a zone. Each side of a dual-zone model has its own.
Can a loose plug cause Zone T Open?
Yes. U-Line’s service steps look at the sensor connection and the wiring harness before replacing the sensor.
What happens to the zone while Zone T Open is showing?
The control is working without that zone’s reading, so the temperature there can drift. Watch it with a thermometer until the repair.

Still showing Zone T Open?

When you book, copy the code or the blink pattern as the display shows it, add the whole model number, and say whether the bottles still feel cool — a code gives the technician a head start.
